Prerequisites: 

Familiarity with project management concepts and some working experience with project management are expected. While Project Management Fundamentals is recommended, experience with a specific project management software tool is not required.

Prerequisites: 
  • A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent)
  • At least four years (6,000 hours) of project management experience
  • Seven years (10,500 hours) of program management experience.

  • A four year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent)
  • At least four years (6,000 hours) of project management experience
  • Four years (6,000 hours) of program management experience.

Class Description: 

Prepare to pass the PMI® Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP®)certification exam in this two-day, instructor led course.The course offers an in-depth look at project scheduling from the “PMI® point of view,” and the approach is a combination of discussion and hands-on learning activities. Through the interaction with an experienced instructor and peers with diverse backgrounds but similar goals, attendees will be able to leverage the course materials and apply best practices to their real world problems. You will cover the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs of schedule development and the interrelationships among scheduling and other processes.You will receive a comprehensive introduction to project scheduling and cover the five primary exam objectives.

PMI® Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)®

Prerequisites: 

A four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent), with at least 3,000 hours of project risk management experience and 30 hours of project risk management education.

or

A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent), with at least 4,500 hours of project risk management experience and 40 hours of project risk management education.

Class Description: 

Prepare for the PMI® Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)®certification exam through this three-day, instructor led course. This course offers an in-depth look at risk management through a PMI® perspective, and is delivered in a combination of discussion and hands-on learning format.

Who Should Attend?: 

This course will benefit anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of managing risk, and will focus on those preparing for PMI®’s certification exam and obtaining the PMI-RMP® credential. The final day will end with a full-length practice exam and question review.

PMI® Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®

Prerequisites: 

Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall practices and is able to lead teams on Agile projects.
